Drawing on the experience our founder has gained through years of working on the front lines in Japan and around the world, we connect our clients with new possibilities through integrity.
We believe integrity means more than simply doing what is right — it means acting with sincerity, humility, and conviction, staying true to our principles, and genuinely understanding the people we work with.
We strive to be a trusted bridge between our clients and the world, contributing to their business success and creating lasting value for the future.
Integridge is a name created by combining Integrity and Bridge.
For us, integrity is more than simply being honest. It is the foundation of how we think, act, and build relationships. It means:
Integrity is the principle that guides everything we do.
A bridge connects what was once separate, and opens a path toward something new. For us, it means:
We strive to be the bridge that helps our clients take their next step.
Another Meaning — Integration
The name also carries the meaning of Integration. This reflects our expertise in post-merger integration (PMI) and our ability to bring different organizations, cultures, and ways of working together into a single, stronger whole.
We serve as a bridge for Japanese companies and startups seeking to expand globally, helping them take their next step into a new world of business.
Drawing on the founder's extensive hands-on experience in complex cross-border M&A, post-merger integration (PMI), and governance — built over years at the frontlines of global business, and marked by a track record of zero impairment losses — we bring that same expertise and insight to every client engagement.
Our mission is to provide advice that our clients will look back on years later and say, "I'm glad we sought their advice at that moment."
Grounded in extensive, hands-on experience across cities and markets worldwide, we look beyond the immediate challenge and go to the heart of the matter — helping our clients make sound decisions today and build lasting success for tomorrow.
We stand behind companies taking on the world — one at a time, with unwavering commitment.
Each step forward creates new possibilities — not only for the companies we support, but for the generations that follow.
We create opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises and startups to compete on equal footing with larger companies, by drawing on their unique strengths.
Cross-border M&A is often considered to have a success rate of only around 30%. The founder's expertise is grounded not merely in theory, but in challenges personally experienced and overcome in the field — providing practical knowledge and know-how that can only come from firsthand experience.
We respect every client as an equal, regardless of age, position, or background. We believe in clear, thoughtful advice — never from a position of superiority, but from a genuine desire to understand our clients and work alongside them.
We do not offer short-term fixes. Instead, we build relationships with a long-term perspective, staying alongside our clients with their sustainable growth and future success in mind.
Years of working across multiple countries have given us the perspective to see Japan from the outside, as well as the ability to approach challenges from multiple angles. Beyond differences in culture and values, we believe lasting trust is ultimately built person to person.
We are more than advisors. We take responsibility for our clients' success, remaining sincerely committed to their goals from the beginning to the very end.
Drawing on our extensive hands-on experience in cross-border M&A, post-merger integration (PMI), and governance, we support our clients at every stage of their global expansion.
The success of an acquisition is largely determined by how it is designed from the outset. Which company should you acquire? At what price? And how will it be integrated after the acquisition?
From identifying and evaluating potential targets to assessing the appropriate enterprise value and designing the acquisition process with post-merger integration in mind, we help our clients build a coherent strategy from the very beginning.
In North America, for example, the founder evaluated potential acquisition targets from a long list of approximately 1,000 companies, growing a business from $100M to $4,000M — every one of those transactions completed with zero impairment losses.
We bring the judgment, insights, and practical know-how behind those results directly into our clients' decision-making.
Even when an acquisition itself is successful, many deals falter during the integration phase. The challenges can range from people and processes to organizational design and synergy realization.
For example: How do you bring people together when some support the integration plan while others oppose it? How do you fairly integrate different compensation, performance evaluation, and bonus systems across two organizations? How should the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Nomination and Compensation Committee be structured and operated?
We address these challenges one by one, drawing on our founder's firsthand experience of successfully leading the integration of six companies. With Mutual Trust, Mutual Understanding, and Mutual Respect as our compass, we honor the pride of the company we've joined with, carry its strengths further, and forge what was once fragmented into a single, stronger whole.
We advise on the design and operation of Boards of Directors, Audit Committees, and Nomination and Compensation Committees, as well as the development of internal control systems. Our approach is grounded in hands-on governance experience, including serving as Chairman of three companies across Europe and overseeing governance across businesses spanning 20 countries.
New York. San Francisco. London. Tokyo. Drawing on our founder's experience leading local teams across different cultures, values, and ways of working, we help clients build teams that transcend language and cultural barriers. We focus on building genuine trust through mutual respect and equality, enabling people from different backgrounds to work together as one team.
How do you develop talent capable of delivering results in global markets? From developing the mindset required of employees sent overseas to building the structures that foster engagement among local teams, we support both sides of the equation — drawing on perspectives from both the headquarters and the local market. We help companies develop the people and organizational capabilities they need to succeed globally.

With approximately 15 years of experience at the forefront of cross-border M&A and post-merger integration (PMI), Koji Miyajima founded an advisory firm to bring this experience to Japanese companies and startups and help them create lasting value.
Having helped grow a business from approximately $100M to $4,000M in scale through M&A and business expansion, he came to believe that the next chapter would be to apply this experience to supporting companies in Japan as they take on new opportunities in global markets.
At one of Japan's largest IT service companies, Koji Miyajima spent approximately 15 years leading cross-border M&A and post-merger integration.
Serving in senior leadership roles across North American and European operations, he worked alongside local senior executives to grow the North American business from approximately $100M to $4,000M through a series of acquisitions — leading both the cross-border M&A process from strategy through execution, and the subsequent post-merger integration.
In his overseas roles, his responsibilities extended well beyond serving as a Board Member. Across three companies in Europe, he served as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Compensation Committee, taking on the additional role of Chairman at some of them. He also served as a Board Member at the regional subsidiaries within those operations.
He led the strengthening and expansion of businesses spanning more than 20 countries, including companies acquired through M&A. His work involved the practical aspects of governance at every level — from operating boards and committees to executive retention and the design of compensation and incentive structures.
Guided consistently by the principles of Mutual Trust, Mutual Understanding, and Mutual Respect, Koji has built trust with counterparts across differing cultures and positions throughout his career — a discipline that has served as the foundation for every result he has achieved.
